★ ★ ★ ★ ★ December 19-én hivtam a boltot és érdeklődtem egy termék iránt. Miután a telefonban a hölgy kedvesen tájékoztatott, hogy a keresett termék van készleten, megkérdeztem a december 23-i ünnepi nyitvatartást, mire a hölgy mondta, hogy 16:00-ig nyitva lesznek, de ha lehet érjék oda 15:30-ig. Ehhez képest december 23-án 12:00 órakor, egy órányi utazás után csak egy táblát találtam az ajtón, hogy január 6-ig zárva.
Kívánom a "hölgynek" hogy hasonló segítséget kapjon ha neki lesz szüksége rá.
 On December 19th, I called the store and inquired about a product. After the lady kindly informed me on the phone that the product she was looking for was in stock, I asked for the December 23 opening hours, and she said that they would be open by 4:00 pm, but if possible by 3:30 pm. Compared to that, on December 23rd at 12:00 pm, after an hour's journey, I found only one sign on the door that was closed until January 6th.
I wish the "lady" had similar help if she needed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mielőtt felkerestem az üzletet, telefonon érdeklődtem, hogy lehet-e kapni a szükséges terméket. A hölgy kedvesen tájékoztatott. Személyesen is végig kedves volt és nagyon türelmes: több terméket is fel kellett próbálni a megfelelő kiválasztásához.
Az üzlet nyitvatartása a kiírtnak megfelelő volt.
Kártyával lehet fizetni és a Kútvölgyi lejtő felől könnyen és gyorsan meg lehet találni a boltot.
Before I visited the store, I inquired by phone if I could get the product I needed. The lady kindly informed me. Personally, he was kind and very patient all along: he had to try several products to choose the right one.
The opening hours of the store were as announced.
You can pay by card and you can easily and quickly find the shop from the Kútvölgyi slope.
