★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felháborító, hogy a fogászati ügyeletben lévő gyulaházi fogorvos a falubelieket a sorban előreveszi a kisvárdai betegekkel szemben. Amikor odaértünk arról tájékoztattak, hogy érkezési sorrend van. Türelmesen vártunk 1 órát, majd érkeznek a betegek az orvos falujából, akik valamiért előnyt élveznek. A gyerek foga dagadt be az éjszaka, nem magam miatt volt fontos az érkezési sorrend. Az érkezési sorrendre töténő kérésemre az orvos asszisztense arrogánsan válaszolta, hogy majd a doktor eldönti a sorrendet. Visszakértük a bejelentkezéskor átadott dokumentumokat és egy közeli magánrendelésen 20 perc alatt kihúzták a gyerek gyulladt tejfogát. TB járulékot fizető dolgozó szülők vagyunk, akik nem előre szerettek volna kerülni, hanem becsületesen a sorukat kivárva, szakszerű betegellátásban részesülni. Nem sikerült. Nem értjük, hogy ezért miért kell a munkabérünből fizetni?
It is outrageous that the dentist in Gyulaházi, who is in the dental service, takes the villagers in line against the patients of Kisvárda. The child’s teeth swollen at night, not because of myself, the order of arrival was important. At my request for an order of arrival, the doctor’s assistant responded arrogantly that the doctor would decide the order. We retrieved the documents provided at check-in and pulled out the child’s inflamed deciduous tooth in a nearby private order in 20 minutes. We are working parents paying TB contributions who did not want to avoid it in advance, but to receive professional patient care honestly, waiting their turn. Failed. We do not understand why we have to pay for our wages?
