★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a positive experience my visit to Personal Best was! I came from Los Angeles to Budapest recently and ran the marathon. Afterwards I needed some solid body work, and I would highly recommend Personal best not just for sports massage but all types of massage. My masseuse Balazs was just amazing and taught me a lot about my body and the impact running is having on me physically. He was like a sports doctor, and identified that I had a weaker side of my body which was causing my right foot and left hip issues. He showed me some low impact exercises to help strengthen that side, and plus the massage itself was great. It clearly showed he is passionate about the mechanics and healing process of the human body. That was really helpful and will continue to help me train better in the future. Thank you everyone at Personal Best!
