Mindkettőjüknek a központ indoklás nélkül elutasította a számlanyitást. Az egyik dolgozó hölgy kissé rasszista. Az ügyintézők java részt nem beszélnek angolul, ami még oké, dehogy a fiók vezető Úr sem, az elég érdekes. Bezzeg ha egy havi törlesztőrészlettel elmarad az ember már keresik telefonon. Vicc ez az OTP. We wanted to open an account for 2 foreign citizens. An 18-year-old student and a 21-year-old worker. For both of them, the center refused to open an account without giving reasons. One of the working ladies is a bit racist. Most of the clerks don’t speak English, which is okay, not to mention the Lord in charge of the account, that’s interesting enough. Bezzeg if a monthly installment is missed the person is already looking over the phone. Joke is this OTP.

Ez egy központi, OTP bank száma, ahonnan elkapcsolnak egy lakossági ügyeket intéző osztályvezetőhöz, akinek lövése sincs semmiről és nem adhat tájékoztatást sem. Ellenben el tud kapcsolni ügyintézőhöz, aki akár másfél óráig is tárgyalhat ügyféllel, cserébe' senki más nem veszi fel a telefont. Gyorsított eljárásban plusz pénzért!!! (3-5 munkanap) két hete intézik a "semmi nem történik közben" ügyet. 38 perce hívom a megadott számot. 2021-et írunk. The phone number you entered is not the branch number. Mindent megtettek hogy a végtörlesztésemet és a jelzálogtörlést zökkenőmentesen és gyorsan elintézhessem. Több alkalommal is megfordultam náluk, és minden esetben készségesen és kedvesen fogadtak, és az ügyemben rengeteget segítettek.
