★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, the person in charge of providing the premium service in English shouted at me and my wife, then threw our documents.
If you pay for premium, like me, you will get 20 minutes of rambling and uncertainties about any step, random questions in Hungarian, but not the right to be upset. You have to smile and talk in Hungarian while you waste more than 20 minutes to renovate a single debit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman who usually sits on table number 13 was eating her snack instead of helping me. She cut my queue and told me to wait for the call for my number, I waited for 15 minutes and then saw her having such a good time eating her snack, then I asked her, should I go press the new queue?
She goes: “yeah you should”
Even though she was the one who told me to wait for her 15 minutes ago!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was waiting 40 minutes while everybody get before me whoever arrived in a minute, all the numbers before and after mine, and when I asked one lady why is that, she could not give me an answer, just tht she’s not taking the payment (wich was belongs to my number), I pressume she could just check the system, thats all I asked but did not want to even listen to my request.

I had to pay 900huf for bank account statement as of today (not even history of the bank account, just one page statement with the current amount). The worker spoke English I have no issues with her.
