★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the be fair i got lucky with the staff who was helping me, they tried there best and were patient. but opening a bankaccount in thailand as well is in nairobi was easier then here. I had to come 3x and sat there for over 3h, am i the first foreign at this bank who wants to open an acc?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a disgrace. People from Ukraine came here because its indicated as an official point to change UAH. They made people wait for hours just to let them know that they dont change it. It is unacceptable and a disgrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owful аnd terrible place!!!! We were waiting our turn here for 1,5 hours!!!! They miss our number!!! Only one girl can speak english even head of department cannot. After we start asking about our problem they give us advise to wait more!!!!
Oh!!! They proposed us incorrect exchanging rate too!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm erasing my previous rating and putting 5 stars here. This is one of the best offices of OTP with many English-speaking professionals. The queue is no longer than 10 minutes, which makes the experience almost flawless. I would recommend it.
