★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hozzá nem értő ügyintézők, kamatozó kincstárjegy kiváltásán másfél órán keresztül tanakodtak a "munkatársak" mondván, ők ilyet még nem csináltak, kérdezem én, hogy engedheti meg magának az OTP Bank, hogy ilyen ügyintézőket foglalkoztat?!
Incompetent clerks, the "staff" discussed for an hour and a half about replacing an interest-bearing treasury bill, saying they haven't done so yet, I ask, can OTP Bank afford to employ such clerks?

Slow administration, few clerks, I gave it 4 stars because it is open longest in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A vélemények alapján a legrosszabbra számítottam, de kellemes csalódás volt. 3 OTP ladyből 3 dolgozott. Folyamatosan fogadták az ügyfeleleket, hamar sorra is kerültem. Az ügyintéző kedves volt és segítőkész, minden kérdésre választ kaptam, a probléma amivel felkerestem őket megoldódott. (FYI az új mobilalkalmazás 2022 augusztusig ingyenes, nem kell 499et fizetni érte havonta. Augusztus után kiderül melyik funkció lesz fizetős és melyik nem)
Based on the reviews, I expected the worst, but it was a pleasant disappointment. 3 out of 3 OTP ladies worked. I was constantly greeted by customers, and I was in line soon. The clerk was kind and helpful, I got answers to all the questions, the problem I approached them was solved. (FYI's new mobile app is free until August 2022, you don't have to pay 499 a month for it. After August, it turns out which features will be paid and which won't)
