BSR Center, Váci út 135-139.- Terribly slow administration with bored, idle employees. You don't have to wait more than 20 minutes for a simple billing of up to 2 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 40 perc várakozás után semmit sem sikerült elintézni. Az egyik problémámat borzasztóan flegmán kezelte P. Anna, a másikhoz pedig időpontot kellett egyeztetni egy hét múlvára, mert azt most nem tudjuk megcsinalni… Megérte várni ezért 40 percet. Megérte az OTP-t választani…
After waiting 40 minutes, nothing was fixed. One of my problems was treated terribly phlegmatically by Anna Anna, and the other had to make an appointment in a week's time because we can't do it now… It was worth waiting 40 minutes for that. Worth choosing OTP…

They avoid doing work whenever possible and try to send you to a different branch or tell you to come in another day. Sad excuse for a branch

They refuse to serve English speakers fairly and will make up any excuse to not do the work you want to get done. Wasted my time every time I came to this branch.
