★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bank in pécs. For just a small request you have to wait more than 1 hour. Stuff are awful and don’t respect to non hungarian people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your foreigner, I recommend you to don’t open account there, Cause definitely you need to wait at least 2 hours anytime you need to visit the bank.
Unfortunately they have only one person which speaks English and she is so busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommonding this place to anyone. They have rassist behavior toward some costumers. This is the central branch and just a few people can speak English and you need to wait there at leat for an hour. They will also charge you for any transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Line takes forever, even though you have job for 5 minute, it takes minimum 50-60 minute to get it done. You are lucky if you know somebody in here because apparently, you don’t have to wait in the line if you know somebody working here!!!
They could also improve and increase the number of English speaking personal.
Staff is extremely rude and angry?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No English speaking staff, the wait for international students is always more than an hour for the simplest task (picking up a new card). Asking for help is impossible as no one speaks English nor do they try to find a way to communicate.
Update: After waiting for 50 minutes, I google translated from Hungarian to English and took a number for card services in English - where they give me my card that and I sign a document. That new number immediately came up on the screen, but then the woman working there said in perfect English "I don't speak English". What she gotta speak it for? There is nothing in this transaction that requires language. So then I had to go back to waiting. These people are intentionally rude and really need to learn how to speak with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. People working there hardly do their job. They take a break after every customer and they are only 3-4 people working. Other customers coming more than one hour after you, can get their turn before just because they speak Hungarian. They should fix this problem and get more English speaking employees.
