★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az, hogy a személyzet időként totál zsákutcában van, még hagyján. De a bank ügyfélkezelési gyakorlata undorító. Egy panasz kivizsgálása jó esetben hetekig tart. Telefonon megkötött, majd 8 nap múlva lemondott biztosítást több mint 3 hónap után sikerült véglegesen rendezni, addig csak a mellébeszélés és félrevezetés ment.
The fact that the staff is at a total dead end at times is still abandoned. But the bank’s customer management practices are disgusting. Investigating a complaint can take weeks at best. The insurance, which was taken out over the phone and then canceled after 8 days, was finally settled after more than 3 months, until then, only misinterpretation and misleading went.

Az ügyintéző elfelejtett erről tájékoztatni pedig klímás helységben meresztette a hatsóját és más dolga se lenne, mint hogy tájékoztatást adjon....
Amint lehet már váltok is!!!!
