h	hm ph on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mindegy, hogy hány órakor érkezik az ember, legalább ötvenen vannak bent, és a minimum 1 óra várakozás garantált. Vegyenek fel több alkalmazottat, gondolom futja rá az ilyen-olyan jogcímet levont összegekből! Online sem jobb a helyzet: "A választott témában jelenleg 21 ügyfél várakozik Ön előtt ügyintézőre." No matter what time you arrive, there are at least fifty people inside and a minimum of 1 hour of waiting is guaranteed. Hire more employees, I think run it from any sums deducted! The situation is no better online: "There are currently 21 clients waiting for an administrator in front of you on your chosen topic."
R	Roti Tamás (syska) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagy fiókhoz képest a 17 órás zárás egy vicc. Kis fiókban még talán, de egy nagy méretűnél ez vicc. Honlapon és az új mobil alkalmazásban szinte semmilyen információ nincs a fiókról. A honlapon konkrétan nem található meg, annyira hulladék a kereső. Sehol nem található meg a nyitvatartási időn kívül más fontos adat, pl. pénztár nyitvatartása vagy mit lehet személyesen és mihez kell online időpontot foglalni. Vérciki szerintem. Compared to a large account, closing at 5pm is a joke. Even in a small drawer maybe, but for a large size, it’s a joke. There is almost no account information on the website and in the new mobile app. The website is not specifically found, it is so much a waste of the search engine. No other important data can be found anywhere other than the opening hours, e.g. checkout hours or what can be booked in person and for what to book online. I think it's blood.

Egyrészt kivártam a sorom, előttem is intéztem számlával kapcsolatos ügyeket, másrészt, amennyi erre már nincs lehetőség, akkor miért adott sorszámot az automata? Ügyfélközpontúság 0... Talán még érthető is lenne, ha az ember azt érezné, hogy meg akarják oldani az ügyét és nem azt, hogy "így jártál". Hiába az OTPs fejlesztéseknek, ha a fiókban ezt a típusú ügyfélbarát(ságtalan) hozzáállást tapasztalja a betérő. Biztos nem ez az általános... I visited OTP's Flórián tér branch for the first time. I arrived 5pm before 2pm and I no longer got a serial number at the checkout. Maybe it would even be understandable if one felt they wanted to solve their case and not that "that's how you went." It is useless for OTPs upgrades if a visitor experiences this type of customer-friendly attitude in the account. Certainly not this general ...
