z	zee macey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ötből öt alkalommal lehetetlenség a legapróbb dolgokkal is végezni időben ebben a fiókban. 40 perc várakozás a minimum.. Mindig reménykedve megyek, hátha ezúttal másképp lesz; de nem változik a helyzet. Ilyen kényelmes, lassú tempójú (a munkaállások fele kong az ürességtől, akik meg dolgoznak, nekik megalszik a tej a szájukban), ráérős OTP fiókkal még nem találkoztam. Nem lesz hatodik alkalom, messziről elkerülöm őket. Five times out of five, it’s impossible to get even the tiniest things done on time in this account. Waiting is the minimum for 40 minutes. I always go hoping to see if it will be different this time; but the situation does not change. I haven’t come across an OTP account with such a comfortable, slow-paced (half of the jobs in Congo emptiness who work, they get milk in their mouths). It won't be the sixth time, I'll avoid them from afar.

Az ügyfélhívóval viszont kezdhetnének valamit, mert elég frusztráló mikor az ember már egy órája vár és konkrétan átugorják a számát, majd masik szériákból kezdenek húzni. There can be no complaint about the service. The security guard was also extremely helpful. They could start something with the customer caller, because it’s quite frustrating when a person has been waiting for an hour and specifically skipping their number and then starting to draw from other series.

Két dologgal fordultam hozzájuk, sajnos az egyiket, amit az általuk adott határidőn belül kellene intézni nem sikerült, rendszerhiba miatt. Az ügyintéző, kedves és gyors is volt. I booked an appointment, after a few minutes of waiting I was called. I approached them with two things, unfortunately one of which should have been done within the deadline they gave due to a system error. The clerk was both kind and fast.

We were called forward 20 minutes after our appointment time, and the cashier told us she could not help and we should wait for the member of staff at another desk. After that member of staff finished with her customer, she left to go on her lunch break. We then asked someone what was going on and eventually 50 minutes after our scheduled appointment time, someone came to talk to us. Why have an appointment system when it is meaningless? Absolute farce. Don't waste your time here.
