12 éve bankolok az MKB-nál és nagyon szeretem.
Korábban más banknál is volt számlám, de egyszerűen ott 1-1,5 órákat vártam ügyintézéssel együtt, itt fél órán belül mindig mindent el tudtam intézni!
Gyors és korrekt az ügyintézés.

I have been banking at MKB for 12 years and I really like it.
I used to have an account with another bank, but I simply waited 1-1.5 hours there with administration, I could always arrange everything here in half an hour!
The administration is fast and correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kritikán aluli várakozás, 6 pultban ülnek dolgozók, ügyfelet felváltva fogad 1 alkalmazott, 1 ember várakozott előttem, 25 perce várok, hogy mehessek valamelyik pulthoz ?
Waiting below criticism, employees sitting at 6 counters, 1 employee taking turns receiving a customer, 1 person waiting in front of me, waiting for 25 minutes to go to one of the counters ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kritikán aluli., 14 éve ez a bankom, egyre rosszabb a minőség. 10 munkaállomásból 2 fogad ügyfeleket. Aki 1 csillag áll többet ad az szerintem MKB dolgozó.
Under criticism., This is my bank for 14 years, the quality is getting worse. 2 out of 10 workstations receive customers. Whoever has 1 star gives more I think MKB working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kritikán alul....a három pènztàrból 1 van nyitva. Ő sem ügyféllel foglalkozik hanem 5 percenként kimegy dohànyozni.....
Below criticism .... 1 of the three cash registers is open. He doesn't deal with clients either, he goes out to smoke every 5 minutes .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Csúcsidőben érkeztem néhány leadandó egészségpénztári számlával, aminek pár perc az ügyintézése, de mivel sokan voltak előttem (más intéznivalóval), sokat kellett - volna - várnom. Ekkor a pénztárból, ahova senki nem várt, az ügyintéző, látván, hogy "csak" számlát adok le, odainvitált a pénztár ablakhoz, ahol el tudtam intézni az ügyet 2 perc alatt. Ez igazán nagy segitség volt, időt spórolt meg nekem és nem kellett a "Covid kellős közepén" hosszú percekig várakoznom odabent. Köszönöm.
I arrived at rush hour with some health insurance accounts to be handed over, which took a few minutes to process, but since there were many in front of me (with other things to do), I had to - should - have had a lot to wait. Then, from the cashier, where no one was waiting, the clerk, seeing that I was giving out an "only" bill, invited me to the cashier's window, where I could handle the matter in 2 minutes. It was a really big help, it saved me time and I didn’t have to wait long minutes in the “right middle of Covid” inside. Thanks.
