★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bank részéről egy aláírás miatt időpont foglalásra érkeztem. Majd közölték, hogy várjak mert nem számít az időpont még kb. 20 ügyfél van előttem. Vicc kategória. Nem véletlenül foglaltam időpontot. Ha sikerül meg szereznem az aláírást, elkerülöm ezt a helyet. Nem ajánlom senkinek nem csak a fiókot, de a bankot sem. Sajnos egy csillag a legrosszabb ami adható.
 Due to a signature from the bank, I arrived to book an appointment. Then they told me to wait because it doesn't matter the date is still approx. I have 20 customers in front of me. Joke category. I didn't make an appointment by accident. If I manage to get the signature, I will avoid this place. I would not recommend to anyone not only the account but also the bank. Unfortunately, a star is the worst thing to give.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kritikan aluli bankfiok, az ugyintezok stilusa nagyon finoman fogalmazva sok kivanni valot hagy maga utan, altalaban a szolgaltatasok az ugyefelekert vannak, ezzel szemben ebben a fiokban mindenki jobban tudja mit es hogyan szeretnek elintezni, ennek pedig hangot is adnak keresetlen stilusban. Naponta jarok eleg nagy osszegeket befizetni, es inkabb magamnak csinalok plusz kort, de ide soha tobbe be nem teszem a labam. A befizetest vegzo holgyemenyeknek illemtam orakat ajanlanek meleg szivvel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Céges utalás miatt hetente 2x járok ebbe a fiókba. Még nem sikerült olyan időben jönnöm,higy egy egyszerű készpénzbefizetést 1 óra várakozási idő alatt megússzak. Valóban nagyon bunkók az itt dolgozók, és miközben "segítenek" ,jókat beszélgetnek egymással, én érzem kellemetlenül magam,hogy közbe kell szóljak. Köszönni rendszerint nem sikerül.

Ha szeretsz 2 órát várakozni, úgy, hogy egy 20 pultos bankfiókban csak 8-an vannak előtted, ha szereted hogy a sorszámod kifelejtik, ha örömmel nézed ahogy 16 óra után az ügyintézők elkezdenek hazaszivárogni és a szinte üres bankban végül zárás előtt 3 perccel kerülsz sorra, akkor ide mindenképp el kell jönnöd! Itt átélheted azt az élményt is, hogy amikor elmondod, hogy mit bénáztak el egy másik OTP fiókban, ami miatt 2 saját OTPs számlád között eltűnt az összes megtakarított pénzed, akkor közlik, hogy megoldják, de mivel elmúlt 6 óra, aznap már valószínűleg nem fogják jóváírni, mert nincs utalás zárás után. 2022 van, ha valaki nem tudná, nem 1992! Azért nem 1 csillag, mert az ügyintéző normális volt, és mert 15 perccel később megjött az SMS az átutalásról. De nem kérdés, hogy eljött a bankváltás ideje.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mindössze két és fél órát vártam az ügyintézőre, miközben ügyfél alig lézengett a fiókban és a helyi munkaerő fontoskodó arckifejezéssel buzgolkodott a szemmel látható semmin. Akihez végül kerültem, az a várakozásom alatt mindössze kétszer ment el kávézni. (Vélhetően jó sok cukorral, mert a sok üléstől rendesen ki volt kerekedve.) Kerüljétek el nagy ívben a fiókot, de még a bankot is!
I waited just two and a half hours for the clerk, while a customer barely lingered in the drawer and the local workforce zealous with nothing but the obvious. The one I ended up with went to coffee only twice during my wait. (Presumably good with a lot of sugar because it was properly rolled out of the many seats.) Avoid the drawer, but even the bank, in a big arc!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When they suggested to open an OTP account, everything is beautiful, customer is number one. But when problem happens, “oh my colleague went home and I can not help you with this”, not even once. 1 star is too much for this kind of working style.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its 2021 and that slow ATM seems like not having anything to eat, but customer’s money and bank card. Did go there 3 times and still do not be able to get my bank card back. Spending my time, even my money, to fix a not-my-mistake. When they earn money from customer, its “koszonjuk”, and when customer faces problem, its just “sajnaljuk”. OMG ball0cks. Deeply feel sorry for myself and Hungarian people living in the heart of Europe and having to pay for an unbelievable awful service. Wish that there had been any minus star to vote this shtt. ^^
Update on 2021 Sept 29: 4th time here, as appointment made last time, and they still dont know where it is. Very good job ^^
