I didn't think I'd ever go to the gym. And it happened. One and a half months of enthusiasm, completely amateur, beginner level. The equipment, tools and equipment available to me are perfect, and there are plenty that I haven't tried. Too bad the sauna is rarely used. But maybe my times, rather early afternoon hours, are when I don't need it.
