★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kerítés beépítését rendeltem meg tőlük. A helyszínt felmérték, a munkára 2020. aug. 27-én adtak árajánlatot, melyet elfogadtam. Három héttel később kerestem őket, mert nem reagáltak, azt mondták, hogy nyugdíjazás miatt (!) elkeveredett az emailem... Végül október elején kijöttek szerelni, ekkor derült ki, hogy rossz méreteket rögzítettek a felméréskor. Újabb időpontot adtak meg, melyet később kétszer elhalasztottak, végül tegnap (nov. 20.) - az árajánlat lejártára hivatkozva - a vállalást lemondták. A megbízhatatlanság mintapéldája.
I ordered a fence from them. The site was surveyed, for work Aug. 2020. They gave me a quote on the 27th, which I accepted. I searched for them three weeks later because they didn’t respond, they said my email got mixed up due to retirement (!) ... They finally came out to assemble in early October, when it turned out they had the wrong dimensions recorded during the survey. Another date was set, which was later postponed twice, and finally the undertaking was canceled yesterday (Nov. 20), citing the expiration of the offer. An example of unreliability.
