A termék személyes átvételekor kiderült, hogy a lécek szélessége nem egyforma, ezért a léceket otthagytuk "javításra". A javított anyagot kiszállították ugyan, de festés közben az is kiderült, hogy az elemek minősége is kifogásolható. Biztos, hogy itt többet nem vásárolok! Még jó hogy előre nem lett megcsinálva a helye. De ezért még kapott volna jobb értékelést. Még rendeltem tőlük festő bakokat amik kritikán aluli minőségben érkeztek meg, sem a mérete nem stimmelt sem az össze szerelése. Össze vissza voltak csapolva, mint valami kezdő asztalosok végezték volna. De legyen valami pozitív dolog is a történetben, a cég legalább vissza térítette a bakok árát. Felteszem, ellenkező esetben Regősfa alkalmazottai/tulajdonosai sem lennének boldogok, ha semmilyen válasszal nem tisztelik meg őket, vagy! megeshet, hogy egyáltalán nem tartják ezt fontosnak Unfortunately, we haven't received a response in weeks, not even multiple emails. A zár szerkezet elakad forgatás közben, így a bezárás igen nehézkes. Illesztések csúnyák. Anyag felhasználásban semmiben sem különbözik egy normál boltitól. Kommunikációjuk kritikán aluli, egyáltalán nem ügyfél központú és felületes. Határidő tartás erősen kifogásolható, hiszen 3 hetet csúsztak a gyártással. Nem ajánlom senkinek. Továbbá 66db ezekből még ívelt, vetemedett, durva, érdes felületű, repedt, ághelyes, lépcsős, bemart...Ez 36%! 54db után az OBI- tól kaptam 50% visszatérítést! A Regős cég meg sem jelent megtekinteni a kókány munkájuk következményét! Ha több fotót szeretnének látni, van még! Már a beszerelés után fura volt ,hogy a rugó semmi rásegítést nem nyújt se a lenyitásnál,se a felcsukásnál. Ezt még elviseletem volna Idén fogta magát és magától lenyilt megsértve a garázsban álló autó hátulját.Nem volt vészes ,kihevertem. Magam cseréltem ki a zárfogadót egy kicsit vastagabb alulemezzel. Nemrég lenyitásnál megszorult az egyik oldal mechanikája és ferdén jött le a létra.Vissza már nem volt egyszerű csukni.A mechanika a kispórólt csavarok miatt eldeformálódott. Rettentő amatörnek tünik az egész. Két hete felvettem a kapcsolat velük.Megbeszéltük,hogy küldök fotókat. Válaszra se méltattak.Beszéltem az ügyvezetővel,aki lerázott azzal,hogy szól annak akinek válaszolni kellett volna.Azóta ugyan úgy semmi nem történt. Majd az ügyintézőt és az ügyvezetőt felkeresve leráztak azzal, hogy biztosan leejtettem a terméket és nem hajlandóak visszavenni a 14 napos törvény ellenére sem. Gondolom így pörgetik ki a selejtes rajtuk maradt termékeket, magánszemélyeknek elküldik őket, majd megtagadják a visszavételt. Hazudnak, meglopnak és ráadásul a feljáróik is olcsó, rossz minőségűek. Ha nem szeretnétek a fogyasztóvédelemmel levelezni nem ajánlom, hogy bárki is tőlük vásároljon. Ahogy látom ez náluk bevett szokás. Rengetegen írnak hasonló panaszt. Idézem az ügyvezetőt: "Az itt található értékelések szubjektívek, nem érdekli őket." Specifically, they were harmed in violation of the law.
