★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is really a journey back to 80s, but the food is really delicious! So don't judge the book by its cover..... Great selection of fish soup / stew, pork and poultry. A great view of the river Danube. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, by the river Danube in Paks. On the 'old' Road 6. Only a few miles away from the M6 motorway 'Paks Dél' slip road. Free spacious car park. The restaurant doesn't have parking options for people with disabilities. Service is fast, getting the food order to the table from the time of order takes only 15 minutes. Smoking are for guests outside. 4 pint of beer and 4 main meals costs approximately £50 / €50. The food they served was plenty.
Unfortunately the food tasted blank, and was literally room temperature... We were too tired to start argues about it. The salads weren't cold either. The rice was cold, tasteless. We couldn't manage to consume only half of it. There was an opting to take out, so we could give the leftover to the dogs.
Staff was really nice, 5 star but couldn't speak a word in English!
We don't recommend this place to anyone who except an excellent quality of food, or can't speak Hungarian.
