Arrogant sales consultants. Inconsiderate and not respectful attitude to the customer.

Unlike the excellent experience I had at the Arkad shop, I would not go back to the Westend one and would not recommend it to anyone - thanks to the uninterested in customers consultant (man, short, short hair). Disappointing.

Dreadful experience with arrogant sales people, a blonde girl in particular. Left the store less than one hour ago after an an extremely negative experience. Visiting from North America, I entered the store with a smile and left a few minutes later feeling that I had been a burden to the young sales rep, even though the store was practically empty. Asked about purchasing a "souvenir"-type charm, just as I have in many other big cities, but was told that Budapest does not have one, and no suggestions were given at all. This seems rather hard to believe since the mall is huge, attached to the Hilton, and located in a busy, metropolitan location. In desperation to purchase a charm to remind me of this city, I was forced to ask over six times to see things, when it should be the job of the sales rep to suggest alternatives. Disappointed with the condescending attitude given, especially being a regular Pandora customer, I would not recommend this location and hope the regional manager rethinks his or her staff. I'm not angry, just disgusted. From reading reviews of this store, it would seem that others share this opinion. Too much bad attitude, not enough helpfulness. One star rating is probably too high.

i had a good shopping experience from a male clerk. First i just asked him some questions via email. He was really kind and really helpful to me, also efficiently !!! replied email really fast! Even told me he can keep the items for me before i go to the shop. And when i jumped into the shop , he could even know who i am quickly. All i can say is that the male clerk is really awesome!

!!This review is non-Hungarian speakers!! Rude service ever.. There was one lady staff with a lot of tattoos, she is really lazy to work and she pretended like she was busy (but there was just only her colleague working and she just standing beside). After that the Hungarian customer came to the store and went straight to talk with that staff and they completely finished the purchase, but that lady was still doesn’t look at another customers. I think the company wastes a lot of money to pay to this kind of person.. you should hire more educated people to work for you.
