★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was helpful, polite and very patient while I was trying to pick a birthday gift for my sister. However when I made my mind about the gift and decided to buy a pair of earrings, they started packing the ones that have been on display. When I told them that i want brand new ones, and not a display item, they said that unfortunately those were the last ones in stock, so I paid 100 euros for a pair of earrings previously touched by tons of people. I wanted an exchange card next to the gift in case my sister doesn't like the gift, and the cashier said "i can exchange if you bring it back to me in two weeks, but if you bring it back to ME", no exchange card or anything was given. I guess they assumed that I'm a tourist so I cannot bring it back anyway, that's why they acted like that. A known brand like swarovski using these old tactics and acting like a cheap grand bazaar seller is really disgraceful.
