Az eladó lány minősíthetetlen stílusban viselkedett, ingerült volt, és nagyon nagy "szívességet tett", amikor megmutatta a 2. charm-ot. On the morning of Dec. 29, I was the only customer in the store - now I understand why ... The saleswoman behaved in an unqualified style, was irritated, and did a very big "favor" when she showed the 2nd charm.
S	Szentpèteri Àlmos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy konkrét charmot kerestem, eléggé sürgős és fontos lett volna.. nem nekem. 3 kedvesnek tűnő lány, megkérdeztem van-e, sajnos nem volt, de utánanézni nem tudtak melyik üzletben lehet beszerezni, mert előző este kerül fel a friss lista.. és délutánra kitudja, de legalább el tudtam volna indulni abba az irányba ahol előző este még volt, így a dugóban utazgattam a Pandora üzletek között. Amikor a telefonos érdeklődés jött szóba, nem javasolták, mert mindenhol nagyon nagy sor áll (náluk épp nem volt senki és egy másik üzletbe betérve is láttam, hogy senki nincs). Természetesen próbálkoztam, 8 üzletből 2 vette fel. Összegezve, a hárítás helyett az üzletpolitikai jobbá tétele érdekében tanácsolnám a segítségnyújtást és nem a mellébeszélést, főleg úgy hogy egy kis pultban hárman álltak, telefont nyomkodva. Valahol azt mondták, hogy horoszkópos charmokat nem is tartanak, akkor minek ez az egész bohóckodás így Karácsony előtt? Soha nem fogom javasolni az üzletet és nívósabb ékszerüzletbe irányítom azt aki drága ékszerrel lepné meg hozzátartozóit. I was looking for a specific charm that would have been quite urgent and important ... not for me. 3 girls who looked nice, I asked if there was, unfortunately it wasn't, but they couldn't find out which store to get it from, because the latest list will be posted the night before .. and he'll find out in the afternoon, but at least I could have gone was, so I traveled in the traffic jam between Pandora stores. When it came to telephone inquiry, it wasn’t suggested because there’s a very large line everywhere (they just didn’t have anyone and when I went into another store I saw no one was there). Of course I tried, 2 out of 8 stores picked it up. In summary, instead of turning it off, I would advise helping rather than talking about it to make business policy better, especially with three people standing at a small counter, pressing the phone. Somewhere they said that horoscopic charms weren't even held, so why all this clowning before Christmas? I will never recommend a business and direct someone who would surprise their loved ones with expensive jewelry to a more upscale jewelry store.
b	bognár dávid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bementem, néztek rám hogy te meg mit keresel itt ebbe a szellemben is szolgáltak ki... egy charmot vettem tőlük 29 900 forintért utana adtak nekem egy gyűrött undorító ajándék zacskót 500 forintért pluszba,mert sajnos úgy látszik ennek a cégnek nem fér bele 30 ezer után egy ajándék szatyor ,mikor kinyitottam a dobozt tele volt zsír foltokkal az ékszer le kellett tisztitani mielőtt átadom akinek vettem. Szóval összesítve Mind a személyzet hozzáállása és mint az ékszer minősége 1 csillag többet innen sem veszek semmit! Tudom ajánlani viszont a Swarovskit Több a választék, sokkal minőségibbek az ékszerek ,és a személyzet hozzá is kiváló:) I went in, they looked at me and what you were looking for here they served in this spirit too ... I bought a charm from them for 29,900 forints, they gave me a crumpled disgusting gift bag for 500 forints plus, because unfortunately this company doesn't seem to fit 30,000 after a gift bag when i opened the box it was full of grease stains the jewelry had to be cleaned before i hand it over to whom i bought it. So in summary Both the attitude of the staff and the quality of the jewelry 1 star no more buy here! However, I can recommend Swarovski There is more to choose from, the jewelry is much better, and the staff is excellent :)

She rolled her eyes and turned back to the back office. I was rejected 2 times for cleaning my pandora bracelet which I have been collected for charms for 2 years and cost a lot of money. I strongly recommend to replace the girl for someone who wants to work because such shop like Pandora should not have employees like these 2 girls. Very disappointed.

I entered the shop and no one was there, one girl was eating - she rolled her eyes and slammed the door, the other said that I'm disturbing her and didn't want to show earnings. When I asked for a customer book to write about my experience, they gave me a blank paper pretending that they have no clue what I want (I told them even in Hungarian), and they were saying "oh my god" laughing at me and etc. The biggest disappointment

No respect of customers ,even you are spending "good amount " of money, they are treat you so awful ,specially if you aren't speak Hungarian. When I asked if there is some promotion or discount, because it was advertised on the front window,one of the girl said : are you here for sales? No,we don't have any and just like that,she just turn back and started talking with her colleague in Hungarian ? when I asked can she help me to choose 2-3 charmes, she just looked me and sayd-i m busy,wait. Never had such awful experience in any other country. Maybe you have to give them some customer service training or check who you are hiring?
