N	Nagy Péter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szóban félretájékoztatott sajnos az egyik munkatárs azzal kapcsolatosan, hogy mikor fogja a bank levonni az első havi számlavezetési díjat, ami komoly veszteséget okozott. A bankszámla kondíciós listát el kellett volna olvasnom szerződéskötés előtt. Orally, unfortunately, one of the staff members misinformed about when the bank would deduct the first monthly account management fee, which caused a serious loss. I should have read the bank account condition list before concluding the contract.

(Jelzem, hogy direkt 1 órás intervallumra foglaltam időpontot.) Ekkor már másodjára küldtek el 1 héten belül, így átsétáltunk a 3 méterre található másik bankhoz és náluk nyitottunk bankszámlát. A Raiffeisen-es ügyintéző lekezelő, flegma stílusa csak hab a tortán. Despite being booked, they sent me out of the account that they can’t deal with me now because it can take up to 1 hour to open an account, come back tomorrow. (I indicate that I booked an appointment for a direct 1-hour interval.) By then, they had sent me for the second time in 1 week, so we walked over to another bank 3 meters away and opened a bank account with them. The Raiffeisen clerk’s handling, phlegm style is just icing on the cake.

Végtelenül segítőkészek és gyorsak voltak, gyakorlatilag 15 perc alatt megoldották a problémáinkat, nem siettetve, szájhúzás!!!! nélkül. Kedvesen! Respect?? A nem profi ügyfél kiszolgálást csak a pénztáros tudja még mélyebbre túrni! Mint vállalati ügyfél, elégedett vagyok a fiókkal, talán mert eddig nem volt pénztárhoz kötött ügyintézésem. Y	Yvonne Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very painful experience to have cash withdrawal. It took me more than an hour to get few hundred dollars and they charge 1% service fee. No comments on the banking system here.

Endless waiting, rude staff and despite being charged for 'premium' service the cashier refuses to accept coins as it would require some real effort. Conditions at other Hungarian banks are equally bad, but at least OTP offers full service and a decent online experience. Truly wonder where employees of such organisations expect to be in five years...
I	Ian Koegelenberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an online booking in advance with a private banker and after 30min of waiting and still not being assisted I left. This is the second time this happened to me. Unfortunately the Hungarian banks offers extremely bad customer service. So sad :(
