★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felháborító hogy a hivatalos levélben közölt időpont előtt 1 nappal a tulajdonos jelenléte és értesítése nélkül víz órát cserélnek úgy,hogy még utána se értesítenek ne menjek feleslegesen 120km-t. Arról nem is beszélve,hogy előtte egy héttel egyeztettem az ügyintézővel , hogy a megadott telefonszámon hívjanak ha valami történne.
Ha az útviszonyok miatt nem az utcánkon mennek keresztül S nem állítjuk meg az autót akkor nem kapok értesítést,hogy már megtörtént az óra csere és kinél van a hivatalos papír arról hogy ez megtörtént.
De én minden feltételnek tegyek eleget,és minden számlát időben fizessek,de a szolgáltató nem képes telefonálni.
Amikor én hívom őket 6x -ra se sikerül fel venni a telefont.
Gratulálni tudok csak.
