 Located in Pápa downtown, on Main Street, next to Tűrr István High School. Beautiful beautiful built as well as outside as bellul.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gyönyörű, gazdagon díszített templom belső. Lenyűgözően szép, nagyon tetszett.
"A pálos szerzeteseket gróf Csáky László telepítette le Pápán 1638-ban és építtetett egy kápolnát Gyümölcsoltó Boldogasszony tiszteletére. A mai templom a kápolna helyére épült 1737-1742 között a pápai származású Acsády Ádám veszprémi püspök megbízásából. A 38 m hosszú, 13 m széles és 20 m magas ovális alaprajzú, főhajós, négy mellékoltárral rendelkező impozáns épület megáldására 1742. július 24-én került sor. A templom titulusa és védőszentje Nagyboldogasszony lett.
A felszentelés után a templom berendezése következett, ami mintegy 15 évig elhúzódott. A szentély stallumai és a hajó padjai mind a pálos rendi szerzetesek keze munkáját dicsérik. A templom bal oldali előcsarnokában, a hívek által „Szerecsen Krisztus”-nak titulált feszület, és a főoltár fölött elhelyezett Fekete Madonna kép nem a barokk kor szülötte, hanem sokkal korábbi.
A templom kriptájában számos holttest maradt meg épségben mind a mai napig, mumifikálás nélkül. Itt nyugszik Acsády Ádám püspök is."

Beautiful, richly decorated church interior. Amazingly beautiful, I really liked it.
"The Pauline monks were installed by Count László Csáky in Pápa in 1638 and built a chapel in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Today's church was built in the place of the chapel between 1737 and 1742 on the orders of Ádám Acsády of Veszprém Bishop of Pápa, 38 m long and 13 m wide. The 20 m high oval ground plan with a grand naval and four side altar was built on July 24, 1742. The title and patron saint of the church became the Blessed Lady.
After the consecration, the church was furnished, which lasted about 15 years. The stallions of the shrine and the benches of the ship are praised by the hands of the Pauline Order Monks. The crucifix in the left lobby of the church, called by the faithful "Christ the Redeemed," and the Black Madonna image placed above the high altar, was not the Baroque age but much earlier.
In the church's crypt, many corpses remained intact until today, without mummification. Here is also Ádám Ácsády bishop. "
