Very expensive, not very competent stuff. We got taken care of by a different Kia dealership in Cegléd faster and with far better customer service than this place. If you don't drive a Benz forget about this place!!!

On our roadtrip from Belgium to Turkey, we always stay in a hotel ( NOVOTEL SZEGED ). SZEGED is the perfect place to stay because this is the start of the challenging part of the road. The first country that we enter after our stay in SZEGED is Serbia. In Serbia you need to turn your headlight ON at night unfortunately and also during the day. So after our check-in at the hotel, we parked our vehicle in the underground parking of the hotel, and we saw at 17:00/5pm that one of the headlight does not work ( right one ). We made a quick research and we found the Mercedes Benz Service named PAPPAS AUTO ( closes at 18:00/6pm ). We arrived at 17:30/5:30pm and we told them that we have a problem like this and that we need to change the headlight (right). So we needed a maintenance technician for it, but he told us that the Maintenance Service closed at 16:00/4pm. So we asked for an other solution. The personel of Mercedes called an other Maintenance Service, but they were also closed at 17:00/5pm. So he told us that there is a last possible solution, doing it by ourselves. He called a colleague from the Showroom and begun changing the headlight also if it is a really difficult place to access. They made an excellent job. They achieved to change the headlight by themselves. Thank you guys for the service, you are the best.
