Unprofessionell, wir wollten die Adresse, um vorab zu prüfen, ob unser Besichtigungsaufwand die ca. 800,-- Euro (Flugtickets, Mietwagen etc.) wert ist. Wir hätten auch eine Maklercourtagevereinbarung unterzeichnet - Fehlanzeige.... Frau H. meinte nur "..Sie müssen uns schon vertrauen, das das ein ganz tolles Objekt ist ..." Professionelles Maklergebaren sieht anders aus.... From the second phone call onwards, unfriendly, quote "... you are looking for ... we are not ...". Unprofessional, we wanted the address to check in advance whether our viewing expenses are worth the approx. 800 euros (flight tickets, rental cars, etc.). We would also have signed a brokerage fee agreement - no evidence ... Ms. H. just said "... you have to trust us that this is a really great property ..." Professional brokerage looks different ....

A	Alfons Raith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten letzten Freitag die Gelegenheit mit Frau Hoffmann als Begleitung eines Freundes zwei Häuser zu besichtigen. Frau Hoffmann zu erleben einfach genial. Bevormundend, rechthaberisch, in ihren Aussagen widersprüchlich und einfach nur unverschämt. Meine absoluten Highlights der Kommunikation: sie dürfen den Besitzern des Hauses keine Fragen stellen, ich kann so nicht Arbeiten, bleiben sie bei mir wenn ich etwas erkläre, fallen sie mir gefälligst nicht ins Wort, unterbrechen sie mich nicht. Ein sehr nettes Besitzerpärchen aus Lörrach wurde von ihr angeherrscht: zeigen jetzt sie hier das Haus oder mach ich das..... Nachdem wir hier freundlich mit den Besitzern ins nicht erwünschte Gespräch kamen. Frau Hoffmann ist aus unserer Sicht sehr unprofessionell und unfreundlich. Wirkt auch überfordert. Bin auch schon gespannt auf die vermutlich patzige Antwort des Immobilienbüros. Last Friday had the opportunity to visit two houses with Mrs. Hoffmann as a friend of a friend. To experience Mrs. Hoffmann simply awesome. Patronizing, opinionated, contradictory in their statements and simply outrageous. My absolute highlights of the communication: they are not allowed to ask the owners of the house any questions, I can not work like that, they will stay with me when I explain something, they will not interrupt me, please do not interrupt me. A very nice owner couple from Lörrach was reigned by her: show now here the house or I'll do it ..... After we came here friendly with the owners in the undesirable conversation. Ms. Hoffmann is in our view very unprofessional and unfriendly. Acts too overwhelmed. I'm also looking forward to the probably patzige answer the real estate office.
V	Volker Endres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war meine heutiger telefonischer Kontakt mit Frau Hoffmann eher unerfreulich. Meinem Interesse an einer Immobilie wurde mit einer eher arroganten, um nicht zu sagen rechthaberischen Art entgegengetreten. Ich kam mir vor wie ein Bittsteller denn ein potentieller Kunde. Als Kunde erwarte ich vom Makler, dass dieser mich als solcher behandelt. Schließlich erhält er/sie auch eine, nicht unerhebliche Provision. Ich wollte einen Besichtigungstermin, welcher in ca. 1,5 Wochen wäre (der früheste Termin, den Frau Hoffmann hatte) übermorgen bestätigen (oder eben nicht). Das wurde rigoros abgelehnt; frei nach dem Motto "wer zuerst kommt, malt zuerst". "Spätesten Morgen" hieß es. Für mich hat Immobilienkauf etwas mit Vertrauen zu tun; das wurde leider bei mir nicht erzeugt. Darum: Tut mir mir leid Frau Hoffmann.....bei einem Geschäft mit Ihnen hätte ich Bauchschmerzen" Unfortunately, my telephone contact with Ms. Hoffmann today was rather unpleasant. My interest in real estate was countered with a rather arrogant, not to say righteous, way. I felt like a petitioner because a potential customer. As a customer, I expect the broker to treat me as such. Finally, he / she receives a not inconsiderable commission. I wanted to confirm a viewing appointment, which would be in about 1.5 weeks (the earliest date that Ms. Hoffmann had) the day after tomorrow (or not). This was rigorously rejected; according to the motto "who comes first, paints first". "Latest morning" was said. For me, buying a property has something to do with trust; Unfortunately that was not produced for me. That's why: I'm sorry, Ms. Hoffmann ..... having a deal with you I would have stomach ache "
