R	Robert Keyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great apartment. The decor is lovely, very modern. Slept 7 of us comfortably, had more than enough space for us all. It is right in the centre of Budapest, close to all the near amenities, and all the bars.....perfect for stags and hens.

If you are looking for something in a very noisy area , with no sort of ventilation in your room( air condition not working ) , fans not available, no customer service ( they tell you to call them for anything but don’t cater to anything close to what you ask for ) you can go for this apartment. Even if you spend a little more it’s alright , I would suggest to for something better. Checking in this apartment is such a hassle. Reception in one area , apartment in another area and room given to us in more further area . If do happen to stay in this apartment make sure u reach just before the check in time as there is no baggage drop facility. You will have to drop it in lockers available privately . If not for this apartment our stay in Budapest would have been much better .

We came inside of room there was no detergent for washing dishes no shampoo or soup or bathing supplies there was also no salt and pepper. In the morning we told them there is no paper towel no coffee or anything else they said they were sorry but they don’t provide those and we can buy coffee or detergent and shampoo as they don’t provide them. We rented a suit with air-condition and fridge and tv. The first night we had the air condition but second night the air condition didn’t work any more we asked for help but they were sorry that there was nothing they could do. They also informed us that they will not clean the apartment and there was no supplies for us to clean it as well. Then the fridge stopped working and we had milk and meat in the fridge. They told us they cannot do anything and our meat and milk hopefully will not go bad but they will not change the room or do anything. I went to Prague and other places. Never have I seen this awful service and apartment. I had to write this to help other people not go through what I went through.
T	Theo Winter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a apartment for 4 people, it was right in the city center. Great location with everything: bars, supermarkets, attractions within in walking distance. The apartment itself was quite nice. However some of the appliances didn't work properly. The toaster only worked once and then blew the fuses. So I tried to make toast with the oven but it didn't work either (didn't get warm at all). So if you plan on cooking yourself these apartments might not be ideal. Other then that I have no complaints. The location is really what earns this 5 stars (minus one for the appliances).
S	SANGJIN BAE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Door was really hard to lock, and it had no airconditioner inside, which made me really crazy in this hot summer. One more terrible thing is it's super noisy... Of course I know that this place is quite in heart of downtown city, but window doesn't block any noise from outside at all. It wouldn't take 10minutes until you realize this residence is just a hell. Furthermore, no room clean-up was offered during my 1 week stay and when I requested towel replacement I had to wait for 36hours until I got new ones.

The staff is very kind and helpful and the apartments are quite nice and spacey. It's located right next to some good restaurants and bars. Parking is safe and there are a lot of security guards in the area so you'll feel safe as well. I enjoyed my stay there.

The apartment was very spacious and incredibly clean. What blew us away was the staff. Even before arriving I was able to email them back and forth, asking questions in preparation our trip. Once we got there they were available for every question or special request, and all with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as best it could be. If the location doesn't convince you to stay here, they should. Important to note that it is in a very central area, which means there was some noise from the bars / restaurants downstairs on the weekend. Also important to note that this is an apartment, which means it is not necessarily in the same building as the concierge. Would recommend the Park Residence
C	Corinna Auxtero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our apartment was very comfortable with modern furniture in a pleasant design. Staff was helpful and competent. The place was very clean. A few smaller repairs, like loose switches and plugs or not lockable toilet doors, would be necessary to make it look perfect again. The apartments are located at the very city center and is easily accessible by public transportation. All the sightseeing spots are nearby. Perfect location!
