★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy olyan tevékenységre kértük a sátrat ahol fizikailag ki kellett volna próbálnunk elférünk-e a sátorban. Azt az ígéretet kaptam hiába a jogi személyként vásárolunk vissza fizetik a megrendelt termék árát és elszállítják a sátrat. A termék megérkezését követően vettük észre nem lesz megfelelő a sátor. Ezt jeleztem többször e-mailben az ügyfélszolgálat felé. Elhajtottak rámtették a telefont és nem állnak szóba azóta velünk. Nem fizetik vissza a termék árát. Én nem tudom ennyire nem megy a bolt, hogy nem tudnak újra eladni egy használatlan vadi új sátrat, mert ha igen akkor a vezetőségnél nagy lehet a gond. Nem ajánlom senkinek.
We asked for a tent for an activity where we should have physically tried to fit in the tent. I received the promise in vain as a legal entity we buy back the price of the ordered product and deliver the tent. Upon arrival of the product we noticed it will not be suitable for the tent. I indicated this several times in an email to customer service. They drove the phone over and they haven't talked to us since. They do not refund the price of the product. I don’t know if the store doesn’t go so far that they can’t resell an unused wild new tent because if they do then the management can be in big trouble. I would not recommend it to anyone.
