★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not have the opportunity to try the food so this is a review of my short experience asking for a table.
I greeted the waiter and asked him if we could speak in English which he replayed in a very rude way: “I’m Hungarian but I can speak English as you can see”. So I asked him if there was a table for two, and he once again in a very rude way said they were fully booked, asked us leave and turned his back. I’m completely fine with the fact the restaurant had no table. I would for sure schedule to another opportunity because I like the place, not anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once I was asked if there’s any romantic & lovely places for a date and tbh nothing came up to my mind… until few days when we visited Pavillon in Buda side ✨ from the outside, we wouldn’t have even thought that it’s a French restaurant. But after entering the in-yard, we found many outside seats which gives Parisian vibe. There’s also seats inside the glass building. Regarding the menu, you would find French delicacies as frog legs (never understood why would ppl eat it?), heart-warming soups, main courses and desserts (we fell in love with crème-brûlée) ? So if you’re looking for a French vibe or would like to experience romantic atmosphere with your loved one, Pavillon is the best place to go ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, but the devil hides into details. Paper towels, white tequila instead of gold, potatoes are not peeled, and a few little other things for which I do not give five stars. For a restaurant of this quality, there are a few things to ameliorate. As a french citizen, this restaurant has of french only the name. But the plates are of good quality. A few improvements and it could be really high end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely atmosphere and absolutely fantastic food! Loved everything we ordered.
Would only hope they hire more waiters because the one that was serving all tables was pretty overwhelmed and we had to wait quite a lot for certain things.
Definitely recommend if you have time for a long quiet evening with delicious food!

(Shout out to the young black haired, with earrings waiter. Was really kind and gave nice advice for the wines)
