Nagyon vigyázzatok, én soha többet nem rendelek tőlük!!! Rendeltem egy új nyomtatót. Felhívtak, hogy bemutató darab, és nem az eredeti dobozában küldik. Mondtam, semmi gond. Megérkezett a nyomtató. Nem eredeti toner volt benne, és beragadt a bekapcsológombja, de ezt ekkor még nem tudtam. Beüzemeltem a nyomtatót, de nem akart nyomtatni. Valami papírméret hibára panaszkodott. Lefuttattam egy firmware frissítést a nyomtatón, ami megtalálható a HP hivatalos support oldalán. Ezek után meghalt a nyomtató, és nem volt hajlandó elindulni. Ekkor kezdetben még el lehetett érni őket telefonon, és segítőkészek voltak a probléma megoldásában kétszer. Majd miután nem sikerült megoldani a hibát én úgy döntöttem elállok a vásárlástól. Utána 4 napig nem voltak hajlandóak válaszolni a levelemre. Majd miután megfenyegettem őket a fogyasztóvédelemmel válaszoltak. Itt már rámkenték, hogy a firmware frissítés miatt ment tönkre a nyomtató. Ezek után még volt pár levélváltás, de nem változott az álláspontjuk. Röviden, tömören összefoglalva: innentől már nem voltak kedvesek, és még az 1 év garanciát is visszavonták az utolsó levelükben. Bánom már, hogy nem olvastam az értékeléseket. Remélem, hogy bezáratják ezt az internetes áruházat. Az ügy a fogyasztóvédelemnél van.

After that, they refused to reply to my letter for 4 days. Then after I threatened them, they responded with consumer protection. It has been pointed out here that the printer has crashed due to a firmware update. After that, there were a few more correspondence, but their position did not change. In short, they were no longer kind, and even the 1-year warranty was revoked in their last letter. I already regret not reading the reviews. I hope this online store is closed. The matter is with consumer protection.
