They did not have the part I was looking for. Later they called me and gave me a quote for ordering the part from abroad for a very expensive price (15000 HUF). I also ordered the part from abroad for about 2200 HUF

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the screen of my laptop appeared a vertical line, and I approached the PC mentor with this problem. It was Monday. I left the computer for diagnostics under agreement that I`ll receive a notice about the problem, which could be either a cable disconnection or the screen matrix damage.
By Friday I received no notice, couldnt reach the company via phone and arrived personally to find out about the situation. The employee who attended me initially confirmed that the matrix had to be replaced, but they couldnt get a feedback from the supplier, because my screen was of "special edition'. I took my laptop back, because it was still functional and I intended to continue using it though with the defective line. The employee promised to give me a feedback about the price of matrix replacement.
Throughout the week I had no notice and arrived to the company again. The pricing was available, but the same employee couldnt explain why I wasnt notified. They calculated 50th HUF for the matrix and 25th. for the work. This seemed too expensive for me.
After some time I visited a competitor company on Monday, on Tuesday I received a call with a pricing, which was 45th HUF, and on Wednesday I recieved back my laptop repaired.
