★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eddig elégedett voltam a munkájukkal. Viszont a legutóbbi olajcserét sikerült úgy megoldaniuk, hogy az egyik szerelő széttörte az indítózárat. Azt mondták, hogy típushiba, de akkor sem nálam, hanem náluk történt a rombolás. Az autót egy napig el sem tudtam hozni, nekem kellett hívnom zárost, aki az én költségemre a műhelyben (mivel mozgásképtelen volt a jármű a széttört zárszerkezet miatt) megjavította a hibát.
Szerintem a javítási költség nem engem terhelt volna, hiszen nem én zúztam szét a zárat, mert
40e forint plusz kiadás egy olajcserénél szerintem sok. Egy elnézést nem mondtak, sőt a szerelő, akinél eltört a zár azzal jött, hogy örüljek, hogy nem én törtem szét mondjuk egy másik városban, mert akkor még a vontatási költségek is engem terheltek volna.
Abszurd, hogy széttörik a zárat, és még hálásnak is kellene lennem.
Nagyon gáz.
 So far I have been satisfied with their work. However, they managed to fix the last oil change by having one of the mechanics break the starter lock. They said that there was a typo, but then they didn't destroy me. I couldn't bring the car back for a day, and I had to call a locksmith, who repaired the fault at my expense at the workshop (since the vehicle was unable to move because of the broken lock).
I don't think the repair cost would have been a burden for me because I didn't break the lock because
40EUR plus spend on an oil change I think is a lot. No apologies, and even the mechanic who broke the lock came to rejoice that I didn't break it up in another city, because even then the towing costs would have been a burden for me.
It is absurd to break the lock and I should be grateful.
So emberassing.
