★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low number of personnel. Amusing themselves. Customers are regarded as a disturbing factor. A single place to pay for two floors. Lots of cashiers on the other side. Many talking. Fewer working. Forget this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just love this place and all upscale brands over there. They got a really great variety to check every month but prices are with a good difference when it comes to online shopping. Most usually you find the sizes or maybe in different spots across the shelves and they might make you miss preferred sizes and colours. Shop reps are not that friendly in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is extremely unprofessional, they forgot to remove a security tag from one of the clothes and when I brought it back to have it removed, they suspected me of stealing and checked the security cameras. This process took more than 15 minutes and after they removed the security tag (as I obviously paid for it), they did not even apologize. Extremely rude customer service, no one should have to tolerate this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude manager. He did not want to accept the shirt back which had a hole in it from the factory. Instead of apologizing he started to drama what my expectations should be for next time. At the end they ended up returning the money but at the cost of losing a few 100k HUFs a year as I'm not returning to the store ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought this jacket two days ago, it was black. Than it was raining and it looks like on this picture. I went back and P&C told me they need to investigate it in a dry condition in order to figure out whether it is ok to look like this. I wonder what the outcome would be: it is ok if a winter jacket looks like this if it is wet or not? However, I will have to go there the third time to have a proper jacket or the money back. Customer service is a mess. Should avoid.
