w	weider86 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Előre bocsájtom, hogy a véleményem nem az alkalmazottak ellen szól, hanem a cég és az eljárása ellen. Vettem egy több, mint 20 000 Ft értékű cipőt. Egy év után,de még a szavatossági időben visszavittem a cipőt (a pár mindkét darabjának az anyaga, középen, a műanyagig kopott). Ekkor be kellett fizetnem 2500 Ft-ot a bevizsgálásra. 2 hét után hívtak, hogy meg van az eredmény. Telefonban nem mondták meg az eredményt, mert ez náluk az eljárás, személyesen kell bemenni... Bementem és az igazságügyi szakértő szerint nem a Skechers kaptafája szerinti a lábam (szerinte van elváltozás a lábamon \| elárulom, hogy nincs), ezért a garancia nem él! Illetve, túl későn szóltam a hibáról, amikor már viselhetetlenné vált a cipő (kérdésem:ha hamarabb szólok, az mitől jobb? Illetve, ha még tudom hordani, akkor miért vigyem vissza?). Az ok, amiért ezt a történetet megírtam, hogy mindenki lássa, hogy a magyarországi Skechers, hogy kezeli a garanciát, illetve a nálam alkalmazott okra hivatkozva, minden garancia igény elutasítható. Beszélgetés vége ... Azt hiszem megnézem mi tetszik és megrendeltem a netről. Cultured brand store on the lower level of the arcade. I basically like the shoes.
