Á	Ákos Balogh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Legközelebb elolvasom a véleményeket mielőtt bemegyek egy kávézóba. A kiszolgálás olyan mint egy vidéki kocsmában, már ha kiszolgálnak. Az árak irreálisan magasak. Cappuccino 840Ft plusz 12% szerviz díj, amit mellesleg sehol nem említenek. A Frei-ben olcsóbb a kávé, és természetes hogy adnak hozzá egy pohár vizet. Itt a vizet is külön kellett kérnem. Az árhoz tartozó elegancia semmi nyomát nem látni. A kávéskanálon mosogatószer maradék foltok látszódtak, a vizet Coca-Cola-s pohárba kaptam. Az asztalon nincs cukor, viszont hozták a kávéhoz egy barnát és egy hagyományosat, Illy logóval. A kávéval nem volt baj, közönséges kávé, semmi extra. A fotelek kényelmesek. Ha kávézni szeretnél a környéken, ugyanebben az árkategóriában, akkor Starbucks, mert saját belső tere van, kedvesebbek a kiszolgálók. Nem ajánlom. Next time I read reviews before I go to a coffee shop. Serving is like being in a country pub, even if they serve. Prices are unrealistically high. Cappuccino 840Ft plus 12% service charge, which by the way is not mentioned anywhere. In Frei, coffee is cheaper and it is natural to add a glass of water. I also had to ask for water separately. There is no sign of the elegance of the price. The coffee spoon showed stains of detergent, and I got the water in a Coca-Cola glass. There is no sugar on the table, but they brought a brown and a traditional Illy logo for the coffee. There was no coffee, no ordinary coffee, nothing extra. Armchairs are comfortable. If you want to have coffee in the neighborhood, in the same price range, then Starbucks, because it has its own interior, the servers are kinder. I don't recommend it.

A frissen facsart narancslé előre elkészített valami, üvegből kiöntve -facsarva. A kávé illy , de bunkó és flegma kiszolgálásnál arannyal is szórhatná ! + a bunkóságot 12% szervi díjjal kell honorálni! Önkéntes alapon egy fillér borravalót nem kapna , így pedig tudja,hogy BUNKON is jön a juti. Kényszer hely...inkább ne kávézzon! NEM ajánlom a helyet. I do not recommend the place! Freshly squeezed orange juice is something pre-made, poured out of glass - squeezed. Coffee illy, but you could also scatter gold with jerk and phlegm service! + the jerk must be rewarded with a 12% organ fee! He wouldn’t get a penny tip on a voluntary basis, so he knows the juti is coming to BUNKON as well. Forced place ... don't rather have coffee! I do NOT recommend the place.
G	Gergely Szabó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egyetlen alkalmazott van az egész helyre?! A pincérnő nagy sóhajjal megkért hogy üljek le hamarosan kiszolgál. Látszott rajta hogy nem örül a tizenXedik vendégnek. Ezt még valahol megértem mert legalább 2-3 pincérnek kéne lennie egy ekkora kávézóra. De azt, hogy 45 percig üldögéltem kiszolgálás nélkül elfogadhatatlan. Is there a single employee for the whole place ?! The waitress with a big sigh asked me to sit down soon to serve. It looked like he wasn't happy for the nineteenth guest. I still understand that somewhere because there should be at least 2-3 waiters for a cafe this big. But the fact that I sat for 45 minutes without service is unacceptable.

No greeting, got given a bottle with no glass, with the cap still attached, had to ask for it to be opened and even that was a chore for the staff. Incredibly expensive for the lack of service provided. Literally the only place we didn't tip the entire time we were in Budapest. Avoid like the plague.
J	Janice Kearley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the worst cafe we have been in Budapest - to start the waitress was so miserable! - you need to get another job love! - over £10 for 1 small cappuccino and a cold Latte and 2 very dry, hard old pieces of cake - Brownie and Carrot cake - its a disgrace - please do not eat here, you will be very, very, very disappointed ??????
