Telefonon utána nem tájékoztatnak, többszöri hívás után is csak ígérgetnek, hogy visszahívnak. Több héttel a beígért szállítási határidő lejárta után közlik, hogy még mindig semmi hír a megrendelt termékről. Ha lehetne 0 csillagot adnék, többet nem megyünk ide. Amikor megjön a bútor, akkor azt mondja a szállító, hogy kér még 6000 Ft rakodási díjat azért mert ő felpakolta a bútort a boltban. They trick the buyer with delivery. Az ágy időre megérkezett, az ágyrács azonban rosszul volt méretezve(alap méret,nem egyedi) Hívtam őket,ígérték,hogy 1-2 héten belül kicserélik....most októbert írunk,azóta sem cserélték ki! Tatabányai eset! Soha többet innen semmit! We ordered a bed with August delivery (custom size, surcharge..200,000 HUF). The bed arrived on time, but the bed frame was poorly sized (basic size, not custom) I called them, they promised to replace them within 1-2 weeks .... now we are writing October, they have not been replaced since! The case of Tatabánya! Never do anything more here!

Nem ajánlom a Petra Bútorházak egyiket sem. Még egy csillagot sem érdemel. I ordered a closet, the door unfortunately did not get good, it was sent back and after a month of waiting the other door arrived with the wrong dimensions. I do not recommend any of Petra Furniture Houses. He doesn't even deserve a star.
