★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mai napon kerestem fel a Kft.-ét mivel sürgősen szükségünk volt Orosol sprayre. Sajnos a munkatárs akihez a szer forgalmazása tartozott minimális információt tudott adni. Szerettem volna tudni, hány adagot vegyek meg, 1 flakon kb. hány napra lesz elegendő, papirokon kívül semmilyen információt nem kaptam, mivel péntek van és Semmelweis nap, ezért a gyógyszert forgalmazó gyógyszertárak is zárva vannak, és nagyon szűk kör ahol a szer elérhető! Ma intéztem is és nem is, mivel otthon kiszámolva a 2 flakon 2 napra elegendő! holnap nyakamba vehetem a várost és kereshetem hol kaphatok még a szerből hogy elegendő legyen míg hétfőn biztos helyen betudjuk szerezni. Ha megfelelő információt kapok az illetékes hölgytől akkor holnap nem kellene egész délelőtt a szer után futkosni!
Azt hiszem joggal várható el, hogy egy szer menedzsere teljeskörű információval tudja ellátni a vevőket, vagy érdeklődőket.
 Today I visited the Ltd. because we urgently needed Orosol spray. Unfortunately, the employee to whom the drug belonged was able to provide minimal information. I wanted to know how many doses I should take, 1 bottle of approx. how many days will be enough, I have not received any information other than papers, as it is Friday and Semmelweis day, so the pharmacies selling the medicine are also closed and a very narrow circle where the drug is available! I took care of it today and not, because calculated at home, 2 bottles is enough for 2 days! tomorrow i can take the city around my neck and look for where i can get more of the drug so we can get it in a safe place on monday. If I get the right information from the competent lady then I shouldn’t be running after the drug all morning tomorrow!
I think it is right to expect that the manager of an agent can provide complete information to customers or interested parties.
