★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az Élettudományi Üzletág technikai support számát szerettem volna elérni. Természetesen ilyen nincs, vagy nem található meg normálisan. Egy központi szám van. Ezt a mai napon 14 alkalommal kerestem, ebből 11 alkalommal egy automata azt mondta, hogy nem elérhetők (telefonon senki egy giga cégnél). Három alkalommal eljutottam élő emberig, aki kapcsolt az illetékeshez, ahol minden alkalommal egy automata jelezte, hogy senki sem elérhető. Normál keddi napon. Ha jól látom minél nagyobb a cég annál inkább letojják az egyszerű vásárlót. Kéne kicsit erősebb trösztellenes törvény a nagyvilágban!
