The WORST place ever. We came in a big group, and ordered before we came in so the restaurant had a chance to keep up. EVEN THEN they refused to give us what we ordered... The service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, one of the waiters slammed the glasses on the table. Besides this he was rude and was yelling at us in Hungarian. We were shocked and did not feel welcome AT ALL. I ordered a vegetarian dish, and it came with so much beef the soup wasn't even visible. When we paid they were shameless. The toilets were dirty, no paper, no soap and no lock on the door. Overall I wouldn't ever recommended eating there...!! If I could give it zero stars I would.

Very average food but perfectly friendly staff and an interesting retro vibe. It was satisfactory but I wouldn’t come again.

Good traditional Hungarian food. Boring outdoor environment along a busy street. Recommends sitting indoors for a more retro overall experience.

Good prices, good service, good food. Smile on the face of the staff. It's not a five star restaurant, but if you're hungry, not looking for luxury, and are happy with a nice atmosphere, I can recommend it.

Classic hungarian restaurant. Attentive waiters . Had the bean goulash and it was fabulous. Also ordered the beef noodle stew which was equally good

Like others I also had bad experience here previously. We gave it an other try tonight and I am glad we did. The food was delicious and fulfilling. The staff was nice, polite. We paid 7400 Huf for 2 meals drinks included. Altogether we had a great time here and will definitely come again when we can.

A small restaurant near Hero’s Square in Budapest. It offers a selection of traditional Hungarian dishes. It is value for money. The food was tasty but not something special. We tried bean goulash, Hungarian savory pancakes, Wiener schnitzel and chicken Paprikash with dumplings. Service could be friendlier and more polite.
