Generally the building isn‘t in best shape! All in all the rooms were clean, so at the end of the day the friendly staff do what they can with circumstances given…
L	Linda Harwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are not friendly, no coffee facilities in room, school kids put on same floor as other guests and disturbing them until late. Overall not a nice place to stay. Fortunately its in a good location to the city. Needs lots of improving.

Food was pretty soild, wide variety of choices & staff was generally nice. Location is excellent, being really close to two stations of M1 metro line, as well as bus & tram stations as well.

I don't have much comparison to other three star hotels in Hungary but comparing to U.S, UK, France, Germany three star hotels the standard was noticeably worse. Pretty much zero entertainment options in the room, 30 years old TV, no mini bar, pretty archaic bathroom, no shower gels etc.

Otherwise, it's a quite a 'retro' ambience, with interior from the '90s. Keep in mind that this is a pet friendly hotel, meaning you can wake up in the middle of the night because of having dog barking in the room next to you.
C	Carolina Gaburro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well located, the hotel is clean, staff is very friendly and open to help. The room is not very modern (I realized that some rooms were renovated but not ours) but it's fine. Breakfast is superb and worth every penny.

Service was nice and the staff were helpful . The breakfast was good but not every item was filled if it was finished.
