Idős édesanyám rossz gyógyszert kapott, amit telefonon igyekezett megbeszélni, de sajnos nem megértésre talált, mondván mielőtt kimegy a patikából kellett volna ellenőriznie. 86 évesen a cudar idő ellenére ment el a szívgyógyszeréért és mivel eddig sosem volt probléma, a Pirula volt a kedvence , így eszébe sem jutott, hogy rossz gyógyszert kaphat.
Sajnálom, hogy meg sem próbálták orvosolni a problémát még megnyugtató szavakkal sem.
Nem beszélve a 8000 ft kiadásról, ami egy kisnyugdíjasnak igen sok?
