I have ordered pizzas today by takeaway. It was right in time. It was pleasure for me and really tasty.

I was at the establishment on 03.27.22 with my friends we ordered a half and half pizza with two flavors, and the waiter who served us was RUDE STREMANETE, he treated us very badly, without politeness and he was even mad that we had ordered a half and half pizza , as he had to re-order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!

Disgusting experience. They didn’t use mask properly, covering the nose. One of them used the same glove to prepare a pizza to pick up something that fell on the floor and started to making the pizza again. you can see everything they do as the place is open. They were putting new products for the preparation of pizza, the container was not changed, and the same glove of the pizza preparation he pushed the garbage.

I am terribly disappointed and very angry at how I was treated. I ordered a large spicy with salami and cheese on the edges. Also i buy a set with a small pizza also with cheese on the edges. The large pizza arrived barely warm and somewhat dry but we were hungry and we ate quickly. Unfortunately, too late, we noticed that the dough, which was wrapped with cheese on the edges, was inside,undercooked, just raw and smelled of raw flour. I will add that the small pizza was made correctly. I wrote about it to the restaurant but I got a reply that everything was fine. I myself made such pizza at home before, and my husband worked in an Italian restaurant, so we know what we are talking about. I ordered the same pizza in Poland so I have experience. I got a response from Pizza Hut, that I will not get any compensation. This was not what I wanted. They should apologize and confess that they had given undercooked food. My husband and I had a stomach ache all evening and even in the morning. Shame on treating customers like this. I added photos. First one is from the small pizza and the other photos are from the large pizza. The dough was not baked, it stank of flour and it was plastic in fingers just like raw dough. I used to work in an American franchise and I know that you can't treat clients this way.

During our recent Budapest visit, we visited this place twice on different days. The served pizzas were really delicious! The staff were really good and helpful! Cozy place and hygienic food for reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Pizza isn't bad at all.. but pls tell your crew to smile and to be more friendly.. Some of your customers are tourist, and maybe first time to visit yoir store. Be more gentle..
