TL;DR: It is NOT THE SAME PIZZA HUT QUALITY what it was 10-20 years ago! Only prices and logo are the same. Well it is hard to decide where to begin.. first of all, seeing the bored, unmotivated and unexperienced employees while waiting in an unpleasant smell (burning machine oil??) while my order is made is unnerving to say the least. After waiting some ten minutes, I received the box with the product inside. I’m unsure why (I usually do not check packaged food on the spot – from now on, I always will!!!) I opened the box and found that half of my pizza was empty – toppings missing, the dough raised up like a hill and was burnt badly. One employee immediately commented: “Half of the topping is missing..” - well, it was. After I complained (they did not offer to replace it firsthand), they prepared another, in 15 minutes, again waiting in that smell. The new pizza was again burnt, the onion cubes became small black rock hard pieces, the mushrooms perished and the cheese suffered third-degree burns. The whole thing was a dry, over salted tasteless crisp, nowhere resembling the quality offered by the same company some 10-20+ years ago. Avoid by any chance!

Well, to begin with, the staff was very rude. They didn't even say hello. When I asked them if they speak Englush, they gave me a menu in English but warned me that the prices was 600 ft higher than the ones written!!! As you can understand, the employer there never gave me a recept, charging me whatever he thought he could benefit from a guest trying to get some dinner for his 10-year-old kid. He couldn't understand English again!!!Avoid this place even if that means starving to death!!!

First of all, the pizza is great! Yet, we waited for the pizza for almost 1 hour?️The clerk seemed to forget my order! When I asked him, he even looked at the other clerk. It was crazy and I didn’t receive any apology from them! Please improve it! Otherwise it will be a pity to miss such delicious pizza because of their bad service!

It's okay, they are slow but nice and they don't allow pets so... Yepp. The place is also small so don't go in a group with the intent to hang out there.

Hi, Me and my wife went to pizzahut ference krt on 16th march between 8-8.30. I asked for the offer which was displayed. Actually I didn’t understand and ordered box pizza. Unfortunately the bill was accidental torn when the gentleman who was in the cashier tried to pull the bill from the printer. I didn’t got the bill. He told me pizza will be ready in 10mins. After few mins he called me and told my pizza is ready. I went and collect it. It was 2 boxes. I thought it was the offer I asked for. So we had the food inside the restaurant. While we eating the food, one lady came in between and shouted in front of everyone and told us why didn’t you inform us if the delivered pizza is not yours. We were embarrassed and return the 1 box of pizza we didn’t had and said sorry. I also told her I will pay for the box of other customer. Then she said no it is only the matter few forints, it is pizzahuts mistake. I didn’t had a situation like this before. I am embarrassed in front of everyone who were inside the restaurant. This incident made me mentally down.

I ordered for pizza at about 21:00 and was told it will take 65 minutes to be delivered. As if it wasn’t a long wait, the pizza didn’t arrive even after 2 hours and the food panda app kept saying order will arrive in less than 5 minutes. I tried calling their number and no one will answer. This is the worst service I have experienced using the food panda app. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. TRY OTHER RESTAURANTS !!!
