Bolognait rendeltem, aminek eleve tocsognia kéne a szószban, ez viszont egy kiszáradt óriás kétszersült karika volt. Lehet, hogy a szakácsnak volt éppen rossz napja, mert úgy olvastam, hogy van akinek ízlett, ebben az esetben elnézést kérek. A rendelést kifizettem előre. Majd a rendelés leadása után néhány perccel hívnak, hogy nem áll módukban kiszállítani a rendelésem, mivel nem rendeltem főételt, vagy az operátor szavaival élve jóformán "semmit". Elvileg ők ezt a saját weboldalukon feltüntetik, persze a Netpincéres rendelés leadásnál ilyen infó nem szerepel. Röviden igazán ügyfélközpontú a gondolkodásmód amit képviselnek. Egyszerűbb lett volna kihozni, mint egy előre kifizetett rendelés egyoldalúan visszamondani, úgy, hogy nem is az én hibámból adódott a probléma. 5 napot azért várhatók a pénzvisszafizetésre. Sebaj 1-el kevesebb kuncsaft. ? I placed an order at a net waiter and chose 4 types of cakes and 1.5 l of soft drinks worth more than 3000 HUF. Első rendelésem Bolognai II volt, és már akkor beleszerettem. Azóta is rendszeresen rendelek tőlük. :) Unlike those who commented in front of me, the Pizza Caravan became the absolute number one for me in the field of pizza! Nagyon finom a Tészta, a feltét nagyon gazdag, mindig forrón és időben érkezik, a munkatársak mind a diszpécser és a Futárok is nagyon kedvesek, úgyhogy én abszolút megvagyok elégedve és Hatalmas Pacsi az egész étteremnek!!!!! Én már csak tőlük rendelek, tudom Ajánlani. ??? I'll be honest.. I ordered it for the fourth time today and I am still satisfied. The Dough is very delicious, the topping is very rich, it always arrives hot and on time, the staff at both the Dispatcher and the Couriers are very kind, so I am absolutely satisfied and Huge Pacsi for the whole restaurant !!!!! I only order from them, I can recommend. ???
