★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tegnap éjjel (2022. 04. 07) negyed 12 kor mentünk be és helyben fogyasztunk két pizzaszeletet, továbbá kértünk még kettőt elvitelre. Amikor átvettük az elviteles pizzát, és elindultunk kifelé, a hölgy ránk szólt, az asztalra mutatva, hogy “Nem gondoljátok, hogy azokat én fogom kidobni?”
Az asztalon felejtettük a két papírtálcát.
Vérlázító volt a hangnem, ezért megkérdeztük:
“Te nem tudod kidobni?”
Azt felelte “Én nem vagyok pincér”.
Az asztal alatt van a kuka, persze, semmibe nem telt, visszamentünk, ki is dobtuk, de közöltük, ahogy itt is közlöm, hogy ez felháborító. Illedelmesen rendeltünk, nem voltunk rossz vendégek, akkor sem akadékoskodtunk, amikor a kérdésünkre, hogy másfajta pizzát lehet-e kérni, azon kívül, ami ki van rakva, határozott nem volt a válasz. A hölgy nem pincér, de nem is szolgáltató.
Kár, hogy egyre több jó hely renoméját lerontja az ilyen személyzet. Mondjuk a pizza legalább finom volt. Azt nem rontotta el, csak a kedvünket.
Last night (April 7, 2022) we went in at 12 noon and ate two slices of pizza locally, and asked for two more to take away. When we took over the takeaway pizza and headed out, the lady told us, pointing to the table, "Don't you think I'm going to throw them out?"
We forgot the two paper trays on the table.
The tone was bloodthirsty, so we asked:
"Can't you throw it out?"
He replied, "I'm not a waiter."
There is a trash can under the table, of course, it was empty, we went back, we threw it out, but we told you, as I say here, that it is outrageous. We ordered politely, we weren’t bad guests, we didn’t even stumble when it came to our question whether we could ask for a different kind of pizza other than what was laid out, there was definitely no answer. The lady is neither a waiter nor a service provider.
It is a pity that the reputation of more and more good places is being undermined by such staff. Let's just say the pizza was delicious. It didn't spoil us, just our mood.

Jó étvágyat hozzá annak, aki ezt megeszi!
As part of an unqualifiedly rude service, the seller packed the two slices of pizza into a paper bag.
Have a good appetite for anyone who eats this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. The lady that works there is awful, she gives you the pizza cold, and talks very rudely and with a bad tone to customers. It happened not once but twice to us. She needs to be fired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classic AWFUL Hungarian customer service. A few days ago I asked for 6 slices of a pizza, and the worker prepared a fresh pizza and gave me 6 slices, she was very nice.
Today (20 february), i requested the same, but the worker(a different person) told me that i have to choose from the pizzas they have at the moment, or order a complete pizza (not just 6 slices).
We pay exorbitant amounts for your pizzas already, and I have to eat what YOU want me to eat, based on your employee's personal preference. DISGUSTING.
Will not go back again. I hope you go bankrupt.
UPDATE (10 APRIL 2022): the prices went up again. What a joke!
