★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This private company will steal your money by misleading you via their process. they might seems easy to reach and cash out your tax refund but after a month they will charge your credit card and claiming there was something missing in your documents or they have never received your VAT forms. They make you to go back and forth with them and try to figure out the extra charges on your credit card while you have no time based on their written statement ! Why going to a PRIVATE company when you can easily do it at the airport ! they are only stealing your hard money just like they have done mine.
