★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am here for work in a different town. So at the check inn i asked for breakfast at 07:00. This is no problem. the day after when i came back from work i tough the room is clean. But no. Well maybe forgotten once. But also the rest of the whole week no cleaning. When i did shave in the badroom i took out the drain cap and in there was like 3 months of hair from all the previous guests in the room. Towels have never been cleaned. I would say that camping in a tent is better then staying in this hotel. The people are friendly but totally don't understand how to run a hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Breakfast was good enough. Staff was very nice and helpful. They wait for our arrival longer than it was expected. Room comfortable, just without air condition and wifi what was quite suprising. Great location, 3min to Balaton, restaurants ans shops.. Negative: It could be really great place with small effort. Garder furnitures could be cleaned every day, especially after rain. Whole area looks slightly like under construction..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Location is good, 2 minutes walking to the beach. Territory is good as well, trees create good shadow, pool is big and nice. Also breakfast was fine. Even though there is no A/C, it was cool in the room.. Negative: No hair dryer, soap only in shower cabin, no kettle, no glasses, few cloth hangers. We asked for extra towels for the pool (as it says in booking it is provided), but have been refused 3 times. There is no everyday cleaning, so the basic facilities aren’t replaced. Staff is nice, but with poor English..
