A terméket se küldték el, majd mikor minden más helyeln elfogytak, nagy nehezen felvették a telefont és közölték hogy nyugodjak meg mert küldik a csomagomat csak lassú a kiszolgálás náluk, majd pár percre közölték hogy bocsi mégsincs nekünk. Minden más helyen pedig elfogyott amit szerettem volna. Nem ajánlom őket senkinek, nagyon gyerek cipőben jár még ez a webshop. Gondolom a garancia is ennyire nehézkes lett volna, ezért már vásárlási szándékom sem volt a hitegetés után a cég felé. I ordered a game console in their webshop, they were unavailable for days, they didn't reply to emails. The product was not sent, and when they ran out of everything else, they picked up the phone with great difficulty and told me to calm down because their package was sent, the service was only slow with them, and then they told us for a few minutes that we were sorry. And in every other place, I ran out of what I wanted. I would not recommend them to anyone, this webshop is still in very children's shoes. I think the guarantee would have been so cumbersome too, so I no longer had any intention to buy it after the loan to the company.

Sikeres vásárlás stb ( megerősítő e-mail vagy telefon egyeztetés, mert az a tuti ) Megjött az automatikus visszaigazoló email, ami szerint minden oké. Majd kedden este rájuk írtam, hogy sem e-mailben, sem telefonon nem kerestek meg. Ma szerdán 18:00-kor jött az e-mail, hogy a kért játék elfogyott és nem tudják mikor lesz elérhető újra. Csak annyit kérdeztem tőlük az e-mailre reagálva, ha én nem kérdezek rá, akkor mikor akartak volna szólni, illetve a rendszerük hogy engedte a vásárlást. Ha nem fizetek plusz pénzt, csak januárban kapom meg. A bolt honlapján még kapható a gép, pofátlan módon reklámkozzák is, de az előrendelőket nem szolgálják ki. Próbálnak plusz pénzt lehúzni azokról, akiknek fontos, hogy karácsony előtt meglegyen a gép. UPDATE: könnyes szemmel olvasom, hogy a gonosz disztributor tehet róla :'( Mondjuk akkor nagyon utálhatja az üzletet, mert ami a héten jött magyarországra szállítmány, a Konzolvilág, Media Markt, Euronics, AV Land (csak hogy párat említsek) simán tudta normál áron adni. De amúgy meg: amit most nem vesznek meg gépet, azzal mi lesz? Egész addig +12.000-re drágább lesz, amíg valaki el nem viszi? Vagy ami megmarad, majd azt kapnám meg januárban? Akkor már nem lesz +12.000 a beszerzési ára? Vagy akkor megkapom úgy, hogy az üzletnek veszteséges? Vagy lesz két külön konzol, PS5 és PS5 "fénypostásval küldték karácsony előtt" Edition?
