I have never encountered such an unprompted plasma center. Everyone is a phlegm, including the doctor, without exception. Uncategorized behavior towards donors.The situation is set up as if you were theirs and you do your job and if they do not like your plasma for a little while, you will be tied up and go where you came from for free !!!! I have been a plasma donor for 1.5 years in different places, but if I have students from a distance, avoid that place. They call you during the day and normally question anyone even if they are a little late. 90% of nurses are phlegm. At the reception, an employee works behind 3 different counters. DISASTER IS THE PLACE !!!!!!

Those who are not local, such as me, may find it useful to find them in the Chili Fitness building, on the 2nd floor (the building next to the Water Tower, you can park for free in P + R, this is another plus point). I recommend it to anyone who wants to help their fellow human beings in some way.

I have been visiting them for almost a year, my opinion is basically positive. (I don't understand the profession, I can't judge who "stabs" how well - I had no problem with heresy.) What I really like is the organization of the plant itself! That you have to wait as little as possible for the process of "arrival - first measurements - medical examination - entering the donor room". Practically, within 6-8 minutes of arrival, the person is already in the donor room. There are no bottlenecks, the structure is very well optimized and professional in this respect. This shows that care is taken not to tie up the donor's time unnecessarily. Because not only the feresis itself takes time, but also the pre- and post-administration, but they have managed to reconcile this very well. You can leave within an hour of entering! Sometimes it is rare to have a young colleague with his / her working method - not with his / her attitude! - There's a problem. He starts something with you, and then a colleague tells him, then stops what he did to you and walks away for a few minutes, you don’t understand why you can’t finish this with you? Why don't you tell your colleague "moment, I'm finishing this ..." But this was only a rare exception ... developing the right work routine is time consuming for young colleagues. This should be facilitated by others. But the organization itself is professional - customer-friendly - and that's why I like it. Don't lose this !! You need to prepare for capacity for an acquisition period. Not only with bed capacity, but also with reception capacity!

The phlegm, offended attitude at the reception, gives the whole place its image!
