Horrible slow car administration. An arrogant, instructive handling clerk (I think mentally ill) my own opinion should not be let in among people. Government window is in a cultured state, but it is strange to me that listening to Petöfi radio out loud not everyone is curious about the music in such a place. After that I avoid this instead !!

The staff is very kind and helpful! An ID card innovation and a customer gateway registration in 10 minutes. Waiting before administration 5 minutes without a pre-booked time on weekdays at 3 p.m. The same in White Castle in that wretched government window cca. 1.5-2 hours + 5-600 HUF parking ticket!

I have had to use the "services of the document office" three times in the last six months. Since I have a customer gate, I booked an appointment to save time with waiting. In the email you receive, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that 10 minutes before the specified time, I will already appear on the site. We went to 7:30 to change the address card. They did not call me, although there is a reception from 7:30, but the staff took turns to make breakfast and have breakfast, so by the time everyone had coffee, they called us. I don't even describe what happened after that. Yesterday we arrived again at 11:30, we arrived 10 minutes before, there was only one Lord, then at 11:32 a family of three arrived, they drew a serial number, sat down, and after 1 minute they were called. 29 minutes after our busy time, our number appeared on the display, finally! When we went in, the family who came after us without a date were just done at the window where we were called afterwards. So how is that now? Why is someone booking an appointment? Therefore? I restrained myself because my daughter was with me and I didn’t want to get lost in front of her, but that attitude is below criticism. Some of the staff can't even say hello when they leave the waiting room, they just go to have coffee. Strictly only for time millionaires, Pál Pató's slogan is absolutely valid. : /
